What happens to your work
You're putting real work online, so it's fair to want to know how that works. Here's the whole picture — who runs it, who's really on the board, what stays private, how it stays free, and the one place AI comes in. All of it matches the privacy policy, in plainer words.
Who runs it
There's a real, named person behind this — me, Rafał Ciok, based in Poland. If something's wrong or you have a question, someone's accountable for it. I'm also the person responsible for your data, as explained in the privacy policy — and there's a bit more about me on the about page.
Real people, clear examples
The board is still early, so you'll see a few example profiles alongside real members, to show how a finished profile looks. Examples are clearly marked as samples. Real members are never dressed up as something they're not.
Anonymous by default
Your work is public — your identity isn't. Your achievements and the details you choose to share are visible on your profile. Your name, photo, social links, and salary stay hidden until you choose to share them, or a company unlocks your profile. Your e-mail is never shared either way — companies reach you through messaging on the platform. You can take your profile down or delete your account whenever you like.
We don't sell your data
Companies pay to reach the people they want to hire. That's where the money comes from — not from ads, and not from selling your data. The version a company pays for is the same one you use: your proof, presented well.
Where AI comes in
Before a new entry goes live, an automated check looks for details that could accidentally reveal who you are — so an anonymous profile stays anonymous. Only that text is sent for the check, with no name, e-mail, or account attached. It's used to run the check, never to train a model. The provider may hold it briefly for its own abuse monitoring, then deletes it.
