Founder — helping people show their best work
Every year, less of my best work fit on a resume. The better the work got, the worse it fit in one page — the hardest problems I solved kept flattening into a job title and a few bullet points.
It wasn't just me. The best remote specialists I know are judged worst by that format — it throws away exactly the work that should get them hired.
So I built Proud of Work — where you describe your best work properly: the problem, how you solved it, and the result, not a bullet list of responsibilities. The unit here is the achievement, not the title, and profiles stay anonymous until a company chooses to unlock you — so the work speaks before the name does.
I'm an engineer, and a platform that asks for your trust should say who's behind it. Trust and privacy were a priority from the start, spelled out plainly here: Trust & your data.
